WHERE: 2435 N 26TH STREET Kalamazoo (Parking, start and finish will be at Kalamazoo Community Church)
5k TRAIL RUN (begins at 9:00am)
Quite possibly the best trail run course in Southwest Michigan! The owners of Michigan's largest wellness expo is hosting this race as part of their mission of promoting fitness and wellness in Southwest Michigan! This is the same property the Kalamazoo Mud Run was ran on. The trails go through thick timber, lush marsh lands and soft cushioned pine acreage.
KIDS 1 MILE (begins at 9:30)
This is a trail run for kids ages 5-12 event. The kids course is on wooded trails with a couple hills. Parents are not only welcome but encouraged to run with their children. If you register your child for the 1 mile, you and the child's parent/s can run with your child for free!
Volunteers will be encouraging and directing the kids all along the course.
This event is put on by the founders of The Healthy and FIt Wellness Expo.
